to get beta key just go to ur local game store and PRE order one, U only need to put like 5 bucks down. They will give u a beta CD key and ur all set. If u like the game go back to the store when they have it and pay for the due balance. if u hate it or cant play it on ur pc then just dont do anything (dont go to the store and pay the balance.) that way u are testing the game for 5 bucks

My good ol’ Compaq (Windows) computered can run Guild Wars, WoW, Oblivion, and Morrowind and the only lag I ever get is on WoW, but that’s Blizzard’s fault.

I just got a new laptop I ordered from the Best Buy website. Go to Bestbuy.com and go to computers, notebooks or deskt(depends what you want), then they have a selection for price range, screen size, processor speed, graphics card. It is very easy. I also play WoW. You need a good processor and a good video card.

I can tell you that Aion’s graphics are pretty strong so your going to need a pretty good ram and graphis card, for WoW my old computer runs if fine, but for Aion, it wasn’t even close. For best buy, you probably want to have at least $2000, don’t suggest one of their employees to help cuz I asked for a good computer to run games and the old comp I have can only run 1 game basically, both the graphics card and RAM is bad. So I found this site and it helped me look for what requirements i need in a computer to play aion, if you can find a computer that can run aion, it can run wow also.http://www.aionsource.com/forum/basement…

as the recommended spec is
Microsoft Windows® XP SP2/ Vista
Dual Core CPU 2.0GHz or equivalent
2GB RAM
NVIDIA® 6800 with 256MB RAM / ATI® Radeon® x800 with 256MB or higher
15GB hard disk space
DVD-ROM drive
DirectX® 9.0c (6/2008 update)
Sound device
Broadband Internet connection
I would go with something with all if not better (the better higher the graphics you will be able to run with no lag)

Mmm i suggest you build your own computer, they’re very cheap! As the person above mentioned those are the stats. But i’d recommend a better graphics card, because aion can be too much to handle at times. Also, i’d recommend DSL if you have dial-up, Aion will be very laggy, and when you lag out, the whole game closes!

Right now is the head start, those character are not going to be deleted. Those will be your characters once the game go live. If you are able to play aion, you have the current version. On the NCsoft launcher for AION, if you right click on it and go to properties it will tell you your version and the server version.

There is no such place.
First of all you run the risk of getting scammed, as you have no legal recourse (it being a breach of the TOS and such)
Second you risk getting banned from the game as it is, again, a breach of the TOS.
